LallaGo is a technology platform and intermediary. LallaGo is not a transport operator, taxi company, car rental company, or leasing company. All transport and vehicle services are provided by independent third-party partners.
Limitation of Liability
LallaGo provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. All transport services are delivered exclusively by independent Transport Partners. LallaGo is not liable for any damages, injuries, losses, delays, cancellations, or deficiencies arising from the performance or non-performance of transport services by Transport Partners.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LallaGo excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. LallaGo's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Exceptions
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by LallaGo's own gross negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
