Conditions Générales d'Utilisation · Version 2.0 — Effective 14 April 2026

Plain-language summary. LallaGo is a B2B mobility platform. We connect you — Private Business Travelers or Corporate Accounts — with vetted, licensed Transport Partners who perform the rides. You pay LallaGo in advance via Mobility Credits. Rides are professional, fixed-price, insured, and CSRD-ready. These Terms set out the rules for the platform, your rights and obligations, and the same for Transport Partners.

1. Parties & Scope

1.1. These General Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the LallaGo platform and services provided by Hani Mobility Services LLC, registered in Casablanca, Morocco, operating under the commercial brand "LallaGo" / "LallaGo.business" (together "LallaGo", "we", "us", "our"), including the websites lallago.business and lallagoapp.com and the LallaGo mobile apps.

1.2. The Terms bind three categories of user:

  • Private Business Traveler — an individual professional with a personal LallaGo account, topping up personal Mobility Credits.
  • Corporate Client — a legal entity with a LallaGo Corporate Account, pre-loading a company mobility budget for its employees, managers, and invited delegates.
  • Transport Partner — an independent, licensed road-transport operator and its drivers (chauffeurs) delivering rides through our platform.

1.3. By registering, booking, or performing a ride through LallaGo you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Definitions

  • Platform — the LallaGo websites, mobile applications, dashboards, and APIs.
  • Ride — a single transport service booked through the Platform.
  • Mobility Credits — prepaid units denominated in MAD (1 credit = 1 MAD) used to pay for Rides.
  • Top-up — adding Mobility Credits to an account via credit/debit card in the LallaGo Business app, bank transfer to LallaGo's account, or cash at a LallaGo cash office.
  • Vehicle Class — the category of vehicle (Business Sedan, Business SUV, Business Van, etc.). LallaGo does not guarantee a specific brand or model.
  • VIP Meet & Greet — the premium airport concierge service including name-sign pickup, porter, fast-track where offered, and lounge coordination.
  • Corporate Mode / Private Mode — toggle inside the app letting an eligible user charge a Ride to their employer's Corporate Account or to their personal Mobility Credits.
  • LallaGo Cash Office — a LallaGo-operated counter in Morocco where users can top up their Mobility Credits with cash under KYC/AML rules.

3. Our Role — Technology Platform, Not a Carrier

3.1. LallaGo is a digital Mobility-as-a-Service platform. LallaGo does not itself provide transport, does not own or operate vehicles, does not employ drivers, and is not a taxi company, car rental company, or leasing company under Moroccan Law 52-05 and related regulations.

3.2. LallaGo acts as an intermediary that: (a) matches users with Transport Partners; (b) manages bookings, pricing, Mobility Credits, invoicing, and reporting; (c) monitors service quality, safety, and SLA compliance; and (d) resolves disputes between users and Transport Partners.

3.3. The contract for the actual carriage of persons exists between the user and the Transport Partner performing the Ride.

4. Transport Partner Vetting & Standards

4.1. Every Transport Partner and driver must satisfy the following before activation and re-verify annually:

  • Valid professional road-transport operating license (Agrément) issued by the Moroccan Ministry of Transport.
  • Valid driver's permit appropriate to the vehicle class, plus the "carte professionnelle de conducteur" (Carte CP).
  • Clean criminal-record extract (Bulletin n° 3) dated less than 6 months at enrolment.
  • Current commercial motor insurance including passenger liability (minimum coverage set by LallaGo above statutory minimum).
  • Vehicle visite technique (MOT-equivalent) valid and up to date.
  • Vehicle age at enrolment ≤ 5 years; maximum service age 8 years.
  • Business-class standard: clean, air-conditioned, bottled water on board, phone charger.
  • Language capability appropriate to the route (minimum: French or English; additional languages flagged in profile).

4.2. LallaGo conducts ongoing performance monitoring: rating, on-time performance, safety events, complaints. Partners falling below our SLA thresholds are suspended or de-listed.

5. Eligibility & Account Registration

5.1. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. The Platform is intended for professional use only.

5.2. You undertake to provide accurate, complete information, and to keep it up to date. Fraudulent or impersonation accounts will be terminated.

5.3. For first top-up above MAD 1,000, we perform KYC identity verification ourselves (passport or national ID + selfie) in accordance with Moroccan anti-money-laundering law.

5.4. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Notify us immediately at info@lallago.business if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Mobility Credits — Top-Up, Use, Refund

6.1. Nature. Mobility Credits are prepaid digital units (1 credit = 1 MAD). They are not electronic money under Bank Al-Maghrib Decision D-05-W-14 and cannot be used outside the LallaGo Platform.

6.2. Top-up options.

  • Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) directly in the LallaGo Business app, processed by our PCI-DSS certified processor.
  • Bank transfer — SEPA from Euro accounts, or MAD wire transfer to our Moroccan bank account.
  • Cash at LallaGo cash offices in Casablanca, Marrakech, Tangier (additional cities added continuously).
  • Corporate bulk top-up — invoice-based monthly for Corporate Accounts above a pre-agreed threshold.

6.3. Validity. Mobility Credits are valid 12 months from top-up date. If you have had any ride activity in the 90 days prior to expiry, unused credits auto-roll over once for an additional 12 months. Expired credits are not refundable in cash.

6.4. Deduction. The price of a Ride is deducted at booking confirmation. Price variations due to waiting time, route changes, or extras are reconciled after completion with a notification to the user.

6.5. Refund policy. Credits are generally non-refundable in cash, but we refund to the original payment method in the following cases:

  • Ride cancelled by the Transport Partner — full refund of the Ride fare within 7 days.
  • Platform technical failure preventing Ride delivery — full refund.
  • Duplicate top-up or proven fraudulent charge — full refund.
  • Account closure at user's request — any unused, unexpired credits are refunded net of already-incurred Platform fees, within 30 days.

6.6. Merchant of record. Payments flow through LallaGo; the Transport Partner invoices LallaGo. The end-user receives a LallaGo invoice with full VAT detail.

7. Booking, Cancellation, No-Show

7.1. Book via app, web, or in multi-user contexts via an Assistant/PA. Booking confirmation locks the driver, vehicle, and price.

7.2. Free cancellation windows:

  • City ride, airport pickup, intercity: up to 30 minutes before pickup — free.
  • Half-day or full-day chauffeur: up to 2 hours before — free.
  • VIP Meet & Greet: up to 4 hours before — free.
  • Group ride with dedicated van (4+ seats): up to 6 hours before — free.

7.3. Late cancellation inside the windows above: 50% of the Ride fare is charged.

7.4. No-show (driver waits 15 minutes at pickup with no rider, airport: 30 minutes): 100% of the Ride fare is charged.

7.5. If the Transport Partner is late or cancels, you receive a prompt alternative assignment or a full refund plus an apology credit of 100 MAD for disruptions above 20 minutes.

8. Group Rides & Shared Rides

8.1. Group ride. You book a dedicated vehicle for a party you know (colleagues, a delegation). Single account pays the full Ride. Vehicle is exclusive.

8.2. Shared ride (pooled). LallaGo may match you with other users travelling on a compatible route. Each passenger pays only for their seat. A small detour (up to 15 minutes) may be applied to pick up or drop off other passengers. Shared rides are unavailable for VIP Meet & Greet, full-day chauffeur, and confidential routes flagged at booking.

8.3. Rider conduct in shared rides must respect all other passengers. Harassment, smoking, intoxicated behaviour, or refusal to share will result in immediate removal and account suspension.

9. Private Business Traveler — Specific Terms

9.1. Personal account, personal top-up, personal use. You may be travelling for your employer but the LallaGo contract is with you as an individual.

9.2. First-ride trial voucher: one complimentary Ride up to MAD 250 value, applied automatically on your first booking. Not convertible to cash. Valid 90 days from registration. Not combinable with Refer & Earn rewards on the same Ride.

9.3. Refer & Earn program: when a person you invited registers and completes their first paid Ride, LallaGo credits Mobility Credits to their account and to yours. The reward is given as spendable credits, not as a discount voucher; a mere signup without a paid Ride does not trigger it. Exact reward amounts are displayed in the app at the time of the referral. The program runs as an enhanced launch promotion for the first 3–6 months following service launch and may evolve thereafter; changes are announced in-app.

9.4. Credit transfer and gifting: Mobility Credits may be transferred between Private Business Traveler accounts for the purpose of splitting a ride or gifting travel budget.

9.5. Invoicing: you receive VAT-compliant invoice PDFs and downloadable trip history and period summaries in the app / dashboard. You are responsible for forwarding them to your employer's procurement, finance, or expense team. LallaGo does not integrate with or auto-send documents to third-party finance systems on this plan.

10. Corporate Account — Specific Terms

10.1. The Corporate Account is governed by a separate Corporate Service Agreement ("CSA") negotiated with each legal entity. These Terms apply in addition; in case of conflict, the CSA prevails.

10.2. The Corporate Client pre-loads Mobility Credits and designates administrators, authorized bookers, and eligible riders (employees, managers, executives, invited delegates).

10.3. Role-based controls: monthly limits, approval chains, geographical limits, vehicle-class limits can be configured per role or user.

10.4. A single consolidated VAT invoice is issued monthly, with CSRD-aligned Scope 3 CO₂ reporting.

11. Delegates — Specific Terms

11.1. Delegates are international guests given controlled access to the Platform. A Corporate Client, a Private Business Traveler, or a Personal/Executive Assistant (PA/EA) can book rides on their behalf.

11.2. The Delegate can switch between Corporate Mode (paid by the inviting entity) and Private Mode (paid from their own Mobility Credits) in the app, subject to the inviting party enabling this option.

12. Rider Code of Conduct

12.1. You agree to: be on time; treat drivers with respect; wear seatbelts; refrain from smoking, vaping, and the consumption of alcohol inside the vehicle; not transport illegal goods; not impede the driver's work.

12.2. Vandalism, assault, harassment, discrimination, or leaving waste in the vehicle: cleaning and repair costs are charged to the rider's account, plus a MAD 500 service fee. Serious incidents may be reported to authorities.

12.3. Accessibility: LallaGo serves riders with reduced mobility. Flag the need when booking — we assign an adapted vehicle and trained driver. Service animals are always welcome.

13. Driver / Transport Partner Code of Conduct

13.1. Drivers represent LallaGo's standard and must: arrive on time; greet the rider courteously; keep the vehicle clean and air-conditioned; provide bottled water; drive safely and within the law; not accept cash tips outside the Platform; not record audio or video inside the vehicle without explicit consent (dashcam with road-facing view only and proper signage is permitted where lawful).

13.2. Drivers may refuse to continue a Ride if the rider is aggressive, drunk, under the influence, or endangers safety, and will be supported by LallaGo.

14. Insurance & Safety

14.1. Every Ride is covered by the Transport Partner's commercial motor insurance, which at minimum meets statutory Moroccan requirements and our contractual minimum (passenger liability ≥ MAD 2,500,000).

14.2. LallaGo additionally maintains a professional liability policy for the operation of the Platform.

14.3. Any incident (accident, injury, theft) must be reported within 24 hours to info@lallago.business. We document every case and support both rider and partner through claims.

15. Pricing

15.1. Prices are displayed in MAD, including applicable VAT. Fixed prices are locked at booking. Variable factors (waiting time, extra stops, airport parking, tolls) are disclosed in advance and reconciled transparently.

15.2. We reserve the right to update list prices with 30 days' notice for existing accounts. Rides already booked at a confirmed price are not impacted.

16. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and designs are the exclusive property of Hani Mobility Services LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence beyond the right to use the Platform as intended.

17. Liability

17.1. LallaGo is liable for direct damages resulting from our own intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Liability for other damages is capped, per event, at the higher of (a) MAD 5,000 or (b) the aggregate amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

17.2. LallaGo is not liable for the acts or omissions of Transport Partners beyond our duty to vet and monitor them, save where LallaGo itself failed in that duty with intent or gross negligence.

17.3. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

18. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control: natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemic, government orders, infrastructure failure, or acts of third parties.

19. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, fully aligned with Moroccan Law 09-08 (and Decree 2-09-165) and EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). Your rights (access, rectification, deletion, portability, objection) and our deletion process are described there.

20. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

20.1. Contact support at info@lallago.business or through the app. We acknowledge within 2 business days and aim to resolve within 14 days.

20.2. For unresolved EU consumer complaints, the European ODR platform is available: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

21. Term, Suspension, Termination

21.1. The Terms apply from registration and continue until the account is closed.

21.2. LallaGo may suspend or terminate accounts for: material breach of the Terms, fraudulent activity, failure to pay, conduct endangering safety, or legal obligation. Suspension is proportional; notice is given where possible.

21.3. Users may close their account at any time by writing to info@lallago.business. Unused, unexpired Mobility Credits are refundable per Section 6.5.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms. Material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance to registered users. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you may close your account.

23. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

23.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, including the Code of Obligations and Contracts (DOC), Commercial Code (Law 15-95), Consumer Protection Law 31-08, Road Transport Law 52-05, and Data Protection Law 09-08.

23.2. For Corporate Clients: exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco, unless the CSA provides otherwise.

23.3. For consumers domiciled in the EU: nothing in this clause deprives you of the mandatory protections of your country of residence.
